Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, and no warranties.
Out of Stock Policy
- The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
- Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
- Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SHIPPING LIVE ANIMALS
All live animal orders are shipped seperately and the cost is NOT included in the order at time of check out. The cost of shipping when you check out is for dry goods and non-animal purchases only. The cost of shipping live animals will depend upon method and final destination. Please contact us to determine what the cost of shipping your live animal order will be. Shipping may only be available seasonaly, and it is soley our discretion whether to ship or not (unless DOA gaurantee is waived by customer). Local pickup is by appointment only - no exceptions. Thank you.
Limitation of Liability
Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Arizona Dendrobate Ranch, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
