Description Technical Specs   Listed below are the basic components the kit comes with.  Additional components and features are available to modify you kit to fit your own needs.   Features 80 PSI quiet diaphragm pump with 1/4” brass quick connect fittings. (a $125 value) 5 gallon reservoir bucket with a ¼” quick connect bulkhead and screened vent (for pressure equalization) on the lid. (a $12.25 value) Easy fill hole on lid with rubber stopper - no struggling with removing the lid to refill! (a $4 value) 25 feet of ¼” close tolerance poly tubing (black). (an $8.75 value). The default kit comes with 1 flush bulkhead unit with 1 elbow (L) connector. (a $15 value) Each additional misting nozzle purchased with the kit is $1 off each unit! (more savings) SAVE a total of $15.00 buy purchasing a kit, compared to all the products purchased seperately, plus SAVE 1$ off each additional misting unit purchased at the same time, with this great starter kit! In response to those who might want to question our choice of these pumps, we contacted the US manufacture of the pumps and here is what they had to say; "115VAC corded pump motors are too fast, too noisy, won't last as long, and the corded units have a integral fuse, so if it blows you can't replace it; the pump is non-repairable (U/L Listed rule not ours)." "24VAC units use a safe easy to wire U/L Listed low voltage transformer, overall the pump is less expensive, has a great life, are not noisy, have great brush life and slower speed are more agreeable to low flow." Which means to us that for misting systems that are driving 16 nozzles or less the 24VAC pumps are the way to go, and are a better investment and value for our customers. We use them for all our large tanks, because we can run them for as long as we want and they don't over heat. Our large tanks have the water under the false bottom continually filtered by a cannister filter and then we simply tap into the return line with one of these great pumps and the timer takes care of the rest. When the misting systems in our large tanks run we don't even hear the pumps. We are not knocking 115VAC diaphragm pumps, because we use them where needed (17 plus nozzles), but unless you need one specifically for a high volume of nozzles, then consider that we use and test all our products before we ever offer them for sale, and we strongly feel that for most customers these pumps are the best combination of price and quality and won't make you reach for the remote to raise the TV volume when they turn on either.
